COACHING

LEARN TO ROW (LTR)
This program is for those new to rowing: the ARC conducts three LTR courses a year to introduce novices to rowing, providing them with enough basic rowing skills to join the club.  See more details at the LTR Page.

The programs listed below are available to all ARC members
, whether beginner or elite rower, young or older (we're a sensitive bunch...).  Individual goals may range from staying fit to competing in local, regional or national regattas.

The duration of the various programs vary, but they usually run from March through November, with more limited schedules for the winter months.

See below for details of each program;  for more information regarding a particular program, please contact the coach or the team captain.  If you have any other questions/comments/suggestions, please contact the 1st VP responsible for coaching programs at coaching@atlantarow.org;  we use the Yahoo Group message board for most communications.
