CLUB  ORGANIZATION

The club's activities are managed by its Board of Directors and are governed by its by-laws.

An election is held in January of each year to vote on the Board's five officers;  these officers then appoint the committee chairs.  Board meetings are held once a month to manage the club's business  -  members are welcome to attend as guests;  if they want to bring up a particular issue, they should contact the president.
