BOARD  OF  DIRECTORS
 
The ARC Board of Directors consists of the club's five officers:
    the president,
    the first vice president,
    the second vice president,
    the treasurer,
    the secretary;

    and the committee chairs.

The five officers are elected by the general membership in January of each year;  once elected, they appoint (upon the president's nominations) the committee chairs.  The board is responsible for managing the affairs of the club, as described in the club's by-laws.

The board meets once a month (see the calendar) and members are welcome to sit-in on these meetings;  if you would like to participate in the meeting and bring up a particular item, please send a request to president@atlantarow.org.  Meeting minutes can be viewed here.
